Quiet morning here in PA. It's my day off, but I still got up early. I'm sitting here in the living room doing some work (write up an agenda for a meeting tonight, checking my school work) and listening to the animals run around a bit. It's a pretty morning outside too. The sun is shining through the trees into my front window...peaceful.
The hurricane passed quickly Saturday with just rain and some wind. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Bill and I went to Home Depot so he could get some extra stuff to finish a couple of his projects. The place was pretty full. Lots of guys doing home projects that day. That afternoon we didn't do too much. Bill was doing his building, I cooked chicken corn soup and oatmeal raisin cookies, the boys played video games and Molly and I watched the House marathon off and on all day. It was a pretty nice day, even if it was gloomy and rainy outside. Also, the Oregon State/Penn State game was on....Go Penn State!! ;-)
Yesterday was beautiful. Our church had a lakeside service at one of the members' home. Gorgeous view and wonderful weather. B played at the local fair in the band and then we all went up to the mall and Borders for a bit. Sundays are a bit hit and miss as far as the boys go. They went back to their dads last night, so J was a bit animated and snotty for part of the afternoon. I think the trial is really getting to them...at least the pressure from one side of it.
Today I'll take M to school and then hang out a bit by myself.

Coffee is a necessity. Period. DH tells me that, if needed, he will hook me to a coffee IV...he knows what I turn into when I don't have it :)
