Ya know, he really is a dumbass. At the end of the hearing he gets all snotty with my lawyer and the bailiff notices and comes over. But, still, he didn't fool anyone. What got him really was the smoking. He's permitted to smoke, but not in an enclosed area with the kids around (per custody order). He lives in a 500 or so square foot apartment which is dark and dank anyway without the cloud of smoke and drives a smaller type Scion.
The custody trial will be next month. 2 contempt findings may bust someone's bubble, just a bit.
Getting ready for the prom, J's birthday party (which is making UO very jealous...lol), M's graduation, my birthday (the big 4-0) and M's grad party.
